Try these in order before you contact anyone.
Wrong password
Check Caps Lock, auto-correct and extra spaces. If it still fails, use the reset option on the login screen instead of guessing again and again.
OTP not arriving
Check your signal and the phone number on your account, wait a minute, then ask for a new code. Look in filtered or spam messages too.
Page won’t load or keeps spinning
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. On H5, clear the browser cache for the site or try a private tab. In the app, close it fully and reopen it.
Account locked
Too many failed tries can lock an account for a while. Use the help or contact option inside the lobby so someone who can see your account can check it.

Resetting your password
